Are the products made of silver or are they silver-plated?

All products are made of 0.925 sterling silver.

Does the product come with a warranty?

Yes, a warranty certificate is placed inside our box, under the inner lid of the box, and is valid for one year from the date of purchase (against manufacturing defects).

Is the plating covered by the warranty?

We guarantee the highest quality of the plating used, which is mostly imported from Germany, America, China, and Egypt.

However, maintaining the plating layer for as long as possible depends on the way the product is used and stored, so the plating is not covered by the warranty.

How is the silver colored?

The product is made of silver and then goes through an electroplating process to deposit a layer of yellow, red, or brown gold plating or a layer of black or white rhodium plating, depending on the customer's choice of the final product color.

What does "warranty against manufacturing defects" mean?

Part 1:

Upon discovering a manufacturing defect with one of our customers, we immediately withdraw the product to confirm whether the cause of the problem is misuse or a manufacturing defect by re-inspecting the product in terms of (lock fittings, welds, colors, chain tension, linguistic errors, stains and small holes, silver fineness, seals and packaging).

And if it is proven that we have overlooked something from the above, we will modify or replace the product as necessary, bearing all necessary expenses until it reaches the customer again.

Part 2:

In the event that the product is inspected and its quality is confirmed and the problem is due to misuse, we will undertake to repair our products and return them to their original condition, but the customer will bear the maintenance and shipping costs.

How many days will it take me to receive my order?

For custom-made products, the period ranges from 7-10 business days.

However, if you choose a ready-made product without any special written additions, it will arrive within 2-3 business days.
