Jewels Egypt promises to provide you with the best shopping experience , we assure you that all due precautions are taken, so you receive your package intact and on time. Just do your order and we’ll do the rest.​

- We are committed to working with the major express couriers and national postal services to guarantee the lowest shipping cost for each region within the Egypt and to achieve the best service in terms of delivery time, reliability and Customer service.

- We deliver our products to all territories across Egypt, Except North Sinai - Delivery shall be within 7:10 working days to all of the governorates

of Egypt (excluding any public holidays).

- Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

- Once you have successfully placed your order you will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment online (shipments shall be traceable once it has been processed by the courier agent).

- If you need to change your delivery address after you have successfully placed your order, please contact us

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

1- Returns for Unwanted Items:

We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in perfect condition. You can exchange for a different style up to the value of the original order, or return the items for a refund then place a new order. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed, however this is normally done within 3-5 days of receipt.

2- Returning Incorrect Products:

In the unlikely event you have been sent incorrect or faulty items, Contact us Here stating your order number and we will advise on how to return. Do not worry it will be done without any additional expenses.

3- Returning Faulty Products:

If you're having trouble with our branded product or believe it is defective, please call us immediately to report your defective product. 

You may return any purchased from our store online, that is arrives in damaged condition, regardless of warranty period for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

4- Returning Custom-Made Products:

Please double check to make sure your order is correct before submitting payment! We accept returns on custom-made or limited items. We refunds for orders canceled due the customer is not satisfied with the product or incorrect order attributed to customer error with. We haven't problem to provide a cash refund on custom-made orders but, you'll loss 30 percent of the product sales price.
